(MVI) has over 25 years of experience investing in real estate throughout Southern California across a large variety of product types including retail, office, industrial, and residential. Over that time Mar Ventures has invested funds in partnership with a large range of investors from individual private equity to institutional pension funds and public REITs.

MVI primarily focuses its investments on risk adjusted opportunistic returns related to new development or repositioning of existing assets. MVI is focused on projects located in major Southern California markets where it can leverage its market knowledge and long standing relationships with local brokers, political leaders, financial institutions, and institutional owners.
